Please note that our bags are not washable - we cannot guarantee that all of the fabrics that we source are colour-fast, and also the handmade ceramic buttons that we detail our bags with will not withstand washing.
Although we do wash all of our hop- and grain-sacks before making the bags, we may not do this with the linings and we do not do so with the handles, which are always new.
To remove dirt, we suggest that you use a soft brush to remove any dirt from your bag.
To remove a stain, in the first instance we suggest that you consult a specialist who may be able to dry-clean the bag. If you wish to try using a damp cloth, do so on an inconspicuous area first - but this is not recommended and we cannot be responsible for any discolouration or colour run that occurs if the bag gets wet.
