Part of our ikat range in coral & white, made from a 70% cotton and 30% linen & woven in Mallorca.
The inside is lined in a plain coral, with an interior slip pocket, magnetic closure and a strong ivory-coloured shoulder strap, which can be worn on the shoulder or across the body.
Trimmed with a single pure cotton coral tassel, plus our exclusive laser-etched hardwood Jenney Wren label on the inside pocket.
ikat is a dyeing and weaving process whereby the cotton threads are tightly wrapped to act as a resist before they are dyed. They are then woven to create this beautiful and distinctive pattern.
Having visited the factory in Mallorca and watched this highly technical weaving process, I couldn't resist buying a few metres!
Sizing:
This bag has a base approximately 17" (44cm) width x 16" (42cm). The strap peaks at approximately 17" (44cm) above the top of the bag.
