Conditions of Sale

The short version is that if you buy from Jenney Wren from this site:

  • The purchase is governed by 'distance selling' regulations and you have a right to return an item, at your own expense, within seven (7) days of receipt provided that you notify us in writing of your intention to do so;
  • We will refund you your original costs, less postage and packing, provided that the item is in its original packing and unused;
  • If one of our bags develops a fault we will replace it or repair it, less any reasonable allowance for wear and tear.
